About The Position

Kodland is an international online school that helps children aged 8-17 develop digital skills through live 1:1 or small-group Zoom classes. The mission is to foster confident, curious thinkers who are comfortable with technology and problem-solving. This role involves delivering 1:1 online trial lessons, understanding each child's needs, recommending the right Kodland program, and guiding families toward an enrollment decision. The role blends teaching, communication, and sales skills, requiring independent thinking and adaptability rather than following a script.

Requirements

• Clear, confident spoken English that US parents can easily follow.
• A laptop/PC with a working webcam and microphone.
• Stable internet connection for smooth video calls.
• A quiet space to work with the camera on.
• Availability of 20-25 hours per week during peak hours (weekday US afternoons/evenings + weekend days).
• Genuine enjoyment in talking with both children and parents.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching.
• Experience working with children and/or parents.
• Comfortable managing your own schedule remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 online trial lessons.
• Understand each child's needs, interests, and goals.
• Recommend the best-fit Kodland program.
• Help families make a confident enrollment decision.
• Build rapport with children and parents.
• Lead short, hands-on activities during trial lessons.
• Answer questions and address concerns.
• Manage own schedule remotely.
