About The Position

The US Regional Quality Systems Manager - Large Form Factor (LFF) Assembly will lead and drive the integration and sustainability of Global Quality Systems for the US Large Form Factor sites for ISO 9001:2015. This role will sit onsite preferably in our Salt Lake City location, could be Memphis as a second location option. The role will lead the regional development, implementation, and long-term sustainability of a robust and scalable Quality Management System (QMS) for start-up Large Form Factor manufacturing sites, ensuring rapid certification readiness and alignment to ISO 9001:2015 and corporate Quality strategy. It involves owning QMS deployment for greenfield and early-stage LFF sites, establishing foundational quality system elements (e.g. Production Quality Basics, Core processes and governance, document control, risk management, audit readiness) while supporting aggressive capacity and capability ramp-up. The role will establish and lead a regional Quality Systems governance model for LFF operations, ensuring consistency of quality practices across sites while allowing flexibility for differing equipment, layouts, and manufacturing maturity levels. It will also define, deploy, and monitor Quality System KPIs appropriate for start-up as well as sustaining LFF environments, including system maturity, process adherence, corrective action effectiveness, audit performance, and readiness milestones. The manager will ensure disciplined deployment of standardized quality system development methodologies and structured problem-solving tools, particularly for systemic issues emerging during early production, new equipment qualification, and process stabilization. They will drive the execution of Global Quality Systems initiatives across Large Form Factor start-up sites, ensuring new operations are architected to global standards rather than retrofitted after launch. Additionally, the role involves developing, coaching, and mentoring newly formed Site Quality Systems teams at LFF start-up locations, accelerating capability development, clarifying roles and ownership, and building sustainable local system stewardship. The manager will ensure start-up LFF site Quality Systems objectives are fully aligned with regional and corporate Quality strategies, supporting certification, customer readiness, and long-term operational scalability. Finally, the role focuses on building and sustaining a regional network of Quality Systems professionals and subject-matter experts with experience in Large Form Factor manufacturing, heavy assembly, structural integration, and early-phase site launches, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset within start-up LFF operations, transitioning sites from launch mode to stable, data-driven quality system maturity without disrupting production ramp. The manager will act as the primary regional escalation point for systemic Quality and compliance issues at LFF start-up sites, including gaps identified during Gemba walks, internal audits, certification audits, or early customer assessments.
