About The Position

This US Marketing Manager will support US marketing activities for Veryan’s products. They will build relationships with healthcare professionals in the clinical setting, leveraging their product knowledge and communication skills to obtain feedback and share it with various internal teams to help to develop and support Veryan’s product pipeline.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B sales or marketing in the medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular therapies (e.g., peripheral intervention or vascular surgery) and associated devices (preferred but not required)
  • Understanding of reimbursement policies and strategies in US
  • Ability to work as part of a team on a remote basis.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor emerging technologies, materials, procedural approaches, and regulatory trends to guide long-term portfolio strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs, physicians, nurses, technicians, and health-economic stakeholders to gather deep insights that shape product requirements.
  • Identify unmet clinical needs, procedural trends, workflow challenges, and emerging therapy opportunities in cardiovascular intervention
  • Play a key role in early-stage innovation initiatives including concept evaluation, feasibility studies, and strategic opportunity assessments.
  • Partner closely with R&D to translate insights into feasible design concepts and development priorities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Strategist to define the global market research targets to be researched
  • Define product value propositions, user requirements, and target product profiles for new technology platforms.
  • Lead Voice-of-Customer (VOC) programs to validate product concepts and prototypes.
  • Serve as the primary marketing representative on product development core teams from concept through design freeze.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to align product design with clinical evidence strategy and global market requirements.
  • Define early claims strategy and influence clinical study design to ensure strong alignment with the future value proposition.
  • Develops strategies and content that identify and connect with customers, establishing and maintaining a consistent case for product purchase and adoption.
  • Conference/Tradeshow Support: create marketing materials, support logistics, attend when needed.
  • Liaises with regulatory to ensure a culture of compliance with all marketing, communication, and strategic alliance plans and execution.
  • Establish a focused list of key metrics that indicate success for marketing objectives, and update company on performance on key-metrics on a prescribed cadence – to show “on track” or “off track”.
  • Executes social media strategy to promote, advertise and build awareness of company initiatives and products.
  • Leverage CRM and Company Data for Analysis and Marketing.
  • Works with the commercial team to develop and publish content to educate potential and current customers on Veryan Devices.
  • Shape messaging fundamentals and evidence gaps early in the lifecycle.
  • Travel as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
