About The Position

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a US Marketing Manager for its Aesthetic and Reconstruction Business, located onsite in Irvine, CA. This role is within the Surgery team, which is focused on developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. The team aims to deliver surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals worldwide, helping to treat prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. The position is with Mentor, a global leader in breast implants, and focuses on shaping how the company connects with healthcare professionals and patients across the U.S. to drive engagement and advance brand advocacy. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; required (Advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant marketing experience required. (Consumer marketing experience is a bonus)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • 2+ years of experience managing promotional budgets with strong business analysis skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies/tactics that have delivered strong commercial results across both traditional & digital marketing channels.
  • Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners
  • Excellent listening, presentation, writing, editing and communication skills with ability to present to senior management when needed.
  • Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability and willingness to travel domestically as required – up to 25%.

  • Digital experience including website development, social media, SEM, SEO, is preferred.
  • Launch experience with newly marketed products or new indications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and elevate critical communication channels, including conferences, advocacy partnerships, and clinical messaging
  • Lead US conference strategy and execution, partnering with societies, Professional Affairs and other key stakeholders
  • Lead communication with the breast cancer patient, engaging with them where they are and building meaningful engagement programs and campaigns
  • Lead the adoption of the Abrea Breast Simulation suite in the US market.
  • Lead US portfolio and life cycle management strategies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across the brand
  • Develop compelling HCP- and patient-facing marketing materials that educate, inspire, and build trust
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including sales, medical, regulatory, R&D, and communications—to align strategy and execution
  • Leverage market insights, analytics, and emerging technologies to optimize campaigns and elevate brand presence
  • Manage projects end to end with strong attention to timelines, stakeholders, and performance outcomes
  • Support and/or guide agencies, vendors and partners to implement tactical plans, ensure timelines are met, and budgets are managed.
  • Coordinate with the Market Research, Analytics & Sales Ops Teams to identify research, insight and measurement needs to inform spend, scale, or campaign optimizations.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure effective communication, training and messages are delivered and customer needs are being met.
