Job Summary: This position is accountable for the integrity, timeliness, and compliance of all financial reporting across Brinks US. The role serves as the single point of accountability for close execution, consolidation, controls, statutory and external reporting, and audit outcomes, combining deep technical accounting leadership with strong operational and execution governance. This position reports to the N.A Controller, and is also responsible for U.S. GAAP technical research, advising senior management of alternatives, strategies, and pitfalls of various accounting matters. In this role, you will leverage your in-depth accounting knowledge and research capabilities to provide solutions to complex and challenging business problems. This role will work closely with the corporate accounting teams and will collaborate with team members across various business functions in North America business to solve our most complex accounting issues. Overall Responsibilities: Drive Brinks US close performance, including fleet accounting, fixed assets, Lease accounting, intercompany eliminations, AP, and other small US entities. Serve as Brink’s primary owner of Record-to-Report execution delivered through managed services, governing SLAs, KPIs, and structured service reviews with strong root-cause discipline. Lead resolution of execution issues impacting close quality, cycle time, or reliability, with a focus on sustainable improvements rather than workarounds.
