Requirements

• Active Washington State license is mandatory.
• Board certified
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Proficient in standard urological procedures across both clinic and surgical settings.
• Must present a case log detailing 100 urological procedures completed within the past 24 months. The list should include diagnosis or procedure, dates, and the name of the performing facility.
• MD/DO provider type
• Experience with EPIC EMR system

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients
• Diagnose and treat urological conditions and diseases
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records for patients
