About The Position

OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Urogynecologist to join our growing Women's Health Program in Rockford, Illinois. This role involves expanding an established program into a full-time practice serving a large referral region across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. The physician will practice within a dedicated Women's Health Clinic, supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on comprehensive women's healthcare. The position addresses a significant unmet community need by providing specialized evaluation and treatment for pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, and complex pelvic reconstructive conditions. The health system is committed to advancing women's health services, with recent investments in breast surgery, plastic surgery, and specialty women's care programs. A dedicated procedure room is available within the clinic. The practice structure is flexible, offering a combination of clinic and surgical time. The initial schedule is anticipated at approximately four clinic days and one OR day, with a transition to three clinic days and two OR days as surgical volumes grow. There are no call requirements.

Requirements

  • Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
  • Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
  • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies).
  • Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
  • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
  • Shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
