About The Position
Summit Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join its expanding department. The position is with New Jersey Urology, a Summit Health company, described as a premier Urology practice in New Jersey with 64 locations and more than 150 doctors and surgeons. The practice delivers innovative, compassionate urologic care focused on quality of life and patient experience within an integrated network of urgent, primary, and specialty care. The role is suited to a physician seeking a collaborative, dynamic, physician-led practice environment focused on integrated, multidisciplinary, patient-centered care. Summit Health provides coordinated resources, shared expertise, and administrative and care management support. The compensation range is $375,000–$625,000. Salary determinations depend on factors including years of experience, individual performance, quality measures, and position location.
