About The Position
A locum tenens Urologist is needed to provide clinical and call coverage for WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital and Ephrata Hospital in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The coverage period is January 11, 2027, through April 12, 2027. The service setting is a hospital, with daily 24-hour on-call shifts serving adult patients (18+). The physician will work across two hospital sites and use Epic as the EMR. Hospital privileges are required; temporary privileges are available. The stated credentialing timeline is 90 days.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC/LOQ.
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
- DEA registration.
- At least 1 year of experience in Urology.
- Hospital privileges are required; temporary privileges are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide urology call coverage for WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital and Ephrata Hospital.
- Manage urology consultations and emergencies during on-call shifts.
- Perform urological procedures and surgeries as required.
- Coordinate patient care across two hospital sites.
- Maintain timely response to callbacks: 8–10 hours on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends.
