Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Completion of Urology residency.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
- Licensure in Kentucky required.
- DEA license.

Responsibilities
- Provide urological care to patients.
- Perform surgeries as needed.
- Manage clinic and surgery block time effectively.
- Participate in call coverage.
