To act as a health care provider, working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary health team to provide primary care and/or women’s health care with the support and collaboration of sponsoring physicians and for Hendricks Regional Health. This individual will perform physical exams, collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order and schedule laboratory studies and professional consultations, and prescribe appropriate interventions and medications. Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will perform care for patients with urogyncological conditions.
