About The Position

UrgentVet is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a veterinary hospital team and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient after-hours acute care delivery while fostering a positive work culture. The schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays, but no overnights. Hours are 3–11 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m.–8 p.m. on weekends. Regular on-site attendance is essential to support patient care, time-sensitive needs, clinical team collaboration, and the safety and well-being of patients, clients, and staff. Reasonable accommodation requests will be considered in accordance with the ADA and applicable laws.
