About The Position

Mass General Brigham is seeking both Full Time & Part Time Board Certified / Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds physicians to join our Urgent Care Centers in South Weymouth and Pembroke, MA. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to deliver high-acuity, hands-on care in a fast-paced yet well-supported urgent care setting, while enjoying schedule flexibility, strong compensation, and a truly collaborative team environment. You will apply your emergency department skill set in a dynamic urgent care model, caring for a broad spectrum of patients with acute illness, injury, and procedural needs. Practice within a highly respected, fully integrated Mass General Brigham system and enjoy a sustainable pace that supports quality care and work–life balance. The clinical environment includes a collegial care team of MDs, NPs, and PAs, managing an average of 2–3 patients per provider per hour. Robust on-site support is provided each shift, including 1 Registered Nurse (RN) and 2 Medical Assistants (MAs). Access to advanced imaging and diagnostics, including X-ray, ultrasound, and CT, as well as ED-equivalent laboratory services (varies by location), is available.

Requirements

  • Board Certified / Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds physicians.
