Orthopedic Hand Surgeon - Mass General Brigham - Northampton, MA
About The Position
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible orthopedic hand surgeon to join their dynamic and skilled team in Northampton, MA. This role is part of the Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. and will be based at Cooley Dickinson, which has served the Western Massachusetts community for over 140 years. The position involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility and participating in a general orthopedic call schedule. The location in Northampton offers a vibrant arts scene, excellent schools, and a charming downtown, with proximity to major urban centers.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible orthopedic hand surgeon
- Fellowship-trained candidates preferred, or those with a minimum of five years of dedicated experience in this field.
- Experience in Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery, Hand Surgery, Foot and Ankle Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopic Joint Preservation Surgery is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Join a well-established orthopedic team that excels in Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery, Hand Surgery, Foot and Ankle Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopic Joint Preservation Surgery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including 5 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), in our newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility.
- Share in a general orthopedic call schedule, currently at 1:5, contributing to a collaborative on-call system.
- Participate in professional development and mentoring opportunities.
