Requirements

Current Pennsylvania state license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner or ability to obtain one is required
NCCPA Board Certification (PA)
National NP Certification through AANP or ANCC
Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, primary care or a similar specialty
Passion for clinical work to positively impact patient care, safety and experience

Nice To Haves

Two years of relevant clinical experience as a PA, CRNP is preferred

Responsibilities

Practice autonomously at the top of your license in high-volume, fast-paced settings – managing everything from minor injuries and illnesses to on-site procedures and point-of-care testing.
Collaborate with a trusted team of APCs, physicians, nurses and support staff, backed by network-wide protocols, Epic electronic medical records and direct specialty referrals across Jefferson Health.
Serve diverse patient populations in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, bringing compassionate, accessible care to the communities who need it most.
