About The Position

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the St. Louis area. Competitive Salary & hourly rates plus: Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days! Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a provider in a family medicine, emergency medicine, peds, or urgent care.
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.).
• Comfortable with preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP).

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality patient care in state-of-the-art centers.
• Treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Performing minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.).
• Preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
