About The Position
Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is hiring an Urgent Care Doctor for its San Bernardino County service area. This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits and longevity-based compensation package intended to enable physicians to focus on providing exceptional patient care. Physicians may transition to partner/owner status after six consecutive years of part-time employment. The San Bernardino County Service Area serves communities in the Inland Empire and has two hospitals, more than 19 medical office buildings, over 1,000 physicians, and a range of tertiary and specialty services. It also supports nine residency and fellowship programs and provides academic opportunities, including clinical rotations for medical students and residents. The area promotes wellness and work-life balance and offers opportunities for leadership, teaching, academic pursuits, specialization, and social activities.
