Urban Planning Intern - Transportation (Fall 2026)

Requirements
- Minimum requirements include some exposure to design software and current good academic standing in an urban planning and design or related program.
- Must include a portfolio of work demonstrating any project experience in ArcGIS Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, or other digital design software or graphic design tools.
- Strong graphic and communication skills required.
- Strong Writing and Editing skills.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of ArcGIS Online apps is desirable.
- Experience with AI a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in the preparation of planning and design studies for a variety of projects related to mobility and transportation studies, street design, and sustainable design.
- Graphic production using tools such as computer aided design and drafting, Rhino, ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Presentation and report production.
