This is an exciting growth opportunity for an RN with proven leadership skills to manage the clinical operations and staff performance of our heart failure, VAD, transplant and structural heart teams. The applicant must be patient centered and have a proven record of working well with teams to achieve desired outcomes. This RN will work collaboratively with the Medical Directors, Lead APP, Administrators, and Assistant Director of Nursing to organize systems and structures that will facilitate positive patient experiences, increase access to care, and staff retention.
