This role will require 30% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years of marketing/upstream strategy experience, (or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (for roles below Principal level).

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Catheter Innovation: Oversee the strategic roadmap for specialized CSP hardware, ensuring our leads and delivery systems meet the rigorous demands of physiologic pacing. Drive next-gen improvements in our ability to achieve physiologic pacing with transvenous systems.
  • Ecosystem & Inorganic Growth: Evaluate the "total procedure," identifying gaps in our portfolio that could be filled through internal ecosystem technology, third-party collaborations, or strategic acquisitions. Focus: Mapping technologies, digital health integration, and procedural adjacencies.
  • Business Analytics: Build complex market models that project the shift from traditional pacing to CSP through NPV analysis, and market share modeling.
  • Cross-Functional Command: Operate across businesses in the CSP category, working independently across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Sales to ensure a unified global strategy.
  • Physician Feedback: Receive direct feedback from world-class electrophysiologists, and translate that friction into innovation. Synthesize feedback into product requirements and understand when to "read between the lines" of a physician's story or claim.
  • Masterful Storytelling and Buy-in: Distill the complex hemodynamics of CSP into a compelling narrative. Synthesize complex information and communicate it to people in a way that compels them to act on your ideas and initiative.
