Requirements

Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years of marketing/upstream strategy experience, (or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.)
Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (for roles below Principal level).

Responsibilities

Lead & Catheter Innovation: Oversee the strategic roadmap for specialized CSP hardware, ensuring our leads and delivery systems meet the rigorous demands of physiologic pacing. Drive next-gen improvements in our ability to achieve physiologic pacing with transvenous systems.
Ecosystem & Inorganic Growth: Evaluate the "total procedure," identifying gaps in our portfolio that could be filled through internal ecosystem technology, third-party collaborations, or strategic acquisitions. Focus: Mapping technologies, digital health integration, and procedural adjacencies.
Business Analytics: Build complex market models that project the shift from traditional pacing to CSP through NPV analysis, and market share modeling.
Cross-Functional Command: Operate across businesses in the CSP category, working independently across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Sales to ensure a unified global strategy.
Physician Feedback: Receive direct feedback from world-class electrophysiologists, and translate that friction into innovation. Synthesize feedback into product requirements and understand when to "read between the lines" of a physician's story or claim.
Masterful Storytelling and Buy-in: Distill the complex hemodynamics of CSP into a compelling narrative. Synthesize complex information and communicate it to people in a way that compels them to act on your ideas and initiative.
