Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership; peptide experience strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of peptide chemistry, purification, and GMP standards.
• Proven success in team leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning.
