About The Position

LeadVenture is seeking an Upsell Territory Manager to drive sales and business development by discovering new opportunities with current and potential clients. The Territory Manager will reach out to dealerships to provide expert digital marketing advice, elevate their online presence, uncover new business potential, and deliver exceptional results. This position is open to candidates in the EST/CT zones.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • Experience in generating new business through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • Proficiency in building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
  • A strong desire for learning and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Discover new business prospects through cold calling, email blasts, and networking events.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their digital marketing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct consultations and demos to showcase how LeadVenture's services can help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure peak performance.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
