The UPS Store Lead is an hourly lead person responsible for the day-to-day operation of the UPS section. Primary duties include ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, record keeping, inventory (Backstock Control), returns, seasonal promotions, computer file maintenance, housekeeping, suggestive selling, and customer relations on the salesfloor, working with assigned helpers. Secondary duties include related activities as required or assigned. The successful candidate must complete six months in the hired role to be eligible for the signing bonus. Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+ hours a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
