Primary responsibility of the Retail Sales Associate is to deliver world-class customer service to customers. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective oral/written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), is recommended and may be required. Knowledge of Internet applications is preferred.

• Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and providing accurate pricing information.

Nice To Haves

• Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), is recommended and may be required.
• Knowledge of Internet applications is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer calls is a plus.
• A passion for sales and the ability to engage customers effectively will contribute to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service.
• Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages.
• Assist customers with document services.
• Professionally packing and shipping merchandise.
• Completing transaction sales in a computerized register.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in the store and other tasks that are included in job assignments.
• Able to follow and complete instructions.
• Have a helpful, friendly attitude.
