About The Position

Toshiba International Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UPS Field Service Intern to support the UPS Field Service organization. This internship will provide hands-on experience supporting a field service operation through data management, documentation, system updates, and administrative projects. The intern will work with the Field Service team to help maintain accurate equipment and service information across multiple business systems. Primary responsibilities will include linking UPS and ancillary equipment records, updating Salesforce with current Authorized Service Provider (ASP) information, and organizing and uploading field service documentation within SharePoint and Salesforce. This opportunity is well suited for a student interested in gaining practical experience in business operations, data management, field service support, or information systems within a technical organization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large amounts of information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and business applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to learn new software applications and internal business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and maintain organized records.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, or other CRM/document-management systems.
• Experience working with Excel and performing data entry, data cleanup, or record validation.
• Interest in field service operations, technical service organizations, data management, or business process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to investigate discrepancies across multiple sources of information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the linking and organization of UPS systems and associated ancillary equipment records.
• Review equipment and service information to help ensure records are complete, organized, and accurately associated.
• Update Salesforce with current Authorized Service Provider (ASP) information.
• Assist with maintaining accurate and current Field Service information within Salesforce.
• Review, label, organize, and upload Field Service documentation into SharePoint and Salesforce.
• Support the organization and maintenance of electronic service records and documentation.
• Assist with data cleanup and validation projects to improve the accuracy and consistency of Field Service records.
• Help identify missing, incomplete, or potentially outdated information and coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform general administrative and organizational activities supporting the UPS Field Service team.
• Assist with special projects and other assignments as needed.
