The MC Dean Critical Power department provides our customers with safe and effective maintenance and installation of UPS, battery, and other critical power equipment. This position requires an individual who is keen on learning new applications and capable of critical thinking, customer service, and problem solving as well as working independently after receiving adequate training. Learn and understand topics including critical power and battery systems, LOTO, safety, and troubleshooting. Installing battery systems, taking electrical readings, and testing continuity of circuits using appropriate equipment. Diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Generate tickets to ensure equipment maintenance and repair is completed in accordance with OEM standards. Travel up to 75% of the time.
