Requirements

Believe that all students can achieve at the highest academic level
Be able to meet often to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student progress
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience teaching math in a classroom setting and a relevant degree
Recognize individual student learning needs and develop strategies to address those needs

Responsibilities

Teach four to five sections of Upper School Math.
Draw from best practices to develop a dynamic curriculum that fosters a love of learning math.
Create daily lesson plans that actively engage students in a learner-focused environment.
Assess student work and provide prompt, constructive feedback to support their growth.
Prepare detailed reports evaluating student progress.
Participate in the academic life of the school.
