About The Position

Reserved for dually employed UPP Administrators. Typically acts at the Director - Business Administration level responsible for all HR and Financial aspects of an area that employs both Pitt and UPMC employees. Analyzes high-level purchasing documents and reviews procurement processes. Monitors human resources transactions processed through University electronic action forms. Participates in strategic planning and implements policies and procedures. Reviews budgets, expenses, and revenues against financial goals and prepares reports. Resolves moderate to highly complex operational issues.

Requirements

  • Dually employed UPP Administrator
  • Director - Business Administration level experience
  • Responsible for HR and Financial aspects of an area employing both Pitt and UPMC employees
