UPLIZNA has established strong momentum following its launch in generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), creating an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team focused on driving continued commercial success and improving outcomes for patients living with this rare autoimmune disease. The UPLIZNA gMG Senior Associate, HCP Marketing will play an important role in supporting the execution of strategic healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives that educate customers, strengthen brand differentiation, and enable best-in-class field execution. Working closely with HCP marketing leadership, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will help bring commercial strategy to life by coordinating marketing projects, supporting development of promotional materials, and ensuring flawless execution of key commercial initiatives.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 1 year of directly related experience OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of directly related experience OR Associate's degree and 6 years of directly related experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of directly related experience
  • 2+ years of biopharmaceutical or healthcare commercial experience in marketing, sales, commercial operations, project management, or a related business function.
  • Experience supporting the development and execution of promotional marketing materials.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, learning agility, and a passion for delivering high-quality commercial execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with agency partners, promotional review processes, Veeva, and the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process preferred.
  • Neurology, rare disease, or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, review, and deployment of branded, disease-state, and unbranded promotional materials by partnering with HCP marketing leadership, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer-facing resources.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution by managing timelines, budgets, agency deliverables, and project plans to ensure timely delivery of key business priorities.
  • Facilitate promotional materials through the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process by partnering with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and agency partners to ensure timely, compliant approvals.
  • Partner with Sales Training and Commercial teams to coordinate promotional resource deployments, field communications, National Sales Meetings, and other initiatives that enable best-in-class field execution.
  • Build strong partnerships across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Global Marketing, Market Research, Digital, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to successfully execute HCP marketing initiatives.
  • Support planning and execution of HCP congresses, customer engagement programs, and other commercial events to ensure seamless execution and impactful customer experiences.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining marketing systems, identifying process improvements, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture while living Amgen Values.
