About The Position

The Upholstery Technician learns to upholster commercial furniture by positioning, stretching, and securing fabric to furniture frames. The role uses hand tools, pneumatic staplers, and production equipment, and requires following instructions and quality standards, inspecting finished work, maintaining a clean and safe work area, meeting daily production goals, and working effectively with the team. No upholstery or furniture manufacturing experience is required; training is available. The position is based in Greenville, North Carolina. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with production incentives that offer the opportunity to earn up to $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Comfort performing hands-on, repetitive work while standing for most of the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, pull, stretch, and lift as required.
