About The Position

The Unloader moves product from trailers to designated areas of the warehouse dock during receiving. The role uses a forklift or pallet jack, follows safety regulations and quality standards, and helps maintain an efficient flow of product. The Unloader works as a team member and performs other duties as assigned to serve the company.

The schedule is 5 a.m. until completion, Monday through Friday, with Sundays rotated. The role requires repeated standing, walking, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift, work in cooler, freezer, and dry environments, and the ability to work scheduled hours and required overtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse and/or production work experience.
• Ability to work scheduled or assigned hours and required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull products from shelves and replenish product at various heights; products weigh 10–35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60–100 pounds, depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry areas.
• Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of warehouse and/or production work experience.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate.

Responsibilities

• Move product from trailers to the appropriate dock staging area safely and efficiently.
• Sort and segregate pallets and product as necessary.
• Check product for damage and alert receivers when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.
