About The Position

The Unloader works in the Shipping area, loading trucks accurately, locating pallets in their correct storage locations, and working the LTL and EAP lines. The position involves maintaining 5S standards, basic problem solving, and performing other duties assigned by a Lead or Supervisor. Driving duties are not limited to Shipping.

The role requires teamwork and the ability to work independently and stay on task without frequent supervision. Associates work around distribution-center equipment and may be exposed to high noise levels and dust. Occasional overtime and weekends may be required, along with flexibility when shift start times change.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience using computers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate toward a common goal.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task without frequent supervision.
• Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends.
• Good attendance and flexibility to changes in shift start times.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
