About The Position
Associates open overhead orders and prepare the dock for receipt of Prenoted trailer. They move extendible conveyor into position to unload the boxes. Each box is picked up and placed on a conveyor. When the trailer is unloaded, they return the extendible conveyor to storage. The trailer door is closed, dock leveler is closed, and dock door is closed. This role involves moving boxes onto a pallet.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Continuous standing and walking required.
Responsibilities
- Open overhead orders and prepare the dock for receipt of Prenoted trailer.
- Move extendible conveyor into position to unload boxes.
- Pick up each box and place it on a conveyor.
- Return the extendible conveyor to storage once the trailer is unloaded.
- Close the trailer door, dock leveler, and dock door.
- Move boxes onto pallet.
