About The Position
Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Palletizer for their 1st shift. This role is primarily responsible for loading or stacking boxed product onto pallets in the required formation and weight, ensuring all work is done in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state, and federal regulations. Requirements
- Ability to read work orders.
- Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Load and organize pallets according to customer or company requirements using pallet jacks or by manually lifting product.
- Verify pallets are loaded according to work order.
- Perform all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
