The University Recruiting Specialist (College Recruiting) is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships as well as identifying intern & entry level talent for the Tyson Foods Enterprise. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleges/universities and professional organizations to maintain an on-going relationship to create a pipeline of talent for the organization, internal business leaders, hiring managers, HR business partners and other HR professionals Represent the company at recruitment events Collaborate with managers to identify and source qualified candidates using sourcing tool kit and techniques to attract top talent to the organization such as job boards, search engines, niche sites, LinkedIn and other social media, passive lead generation, etc. Provide consultative full life-cycle recruiting while remaining OFCCP compliant
