As a University Recruiter at Micron Technology, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor and trusted partner to hiring managers, external vendors, and university stakeholders. You will provide guidance on recruiting best practices, align talent strategies with business priorities, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience from engagement through offer. In this role, you will build and maintain strong university partnerships, ensure candidates are well-informed on compensation, interview processes, and offers, and proactively manage talent pipelines to meet evolving hiring needs. You will also stay informed on Micron’s business strategy, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position opportunities to top early-career talent. You will own full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that support business growth, workforce planning, and key company priorities such as hiring ramps and organizational changes.
