Western Colorado University invites applications for the full-time position of University Center Coordinator. The position reports to the Executive Director of Student Involvement & Engagement and works closely with Facilities. This role is responsible for University Center operations and creating a vibrant hub for student engagement and campus life. The primary role of this position is to oversee the planning, operations, and overall coordination of the University Center. The UC Coordinator develops and implements both short- and long-term operational goals and strategies that support student engagement and campus life. This position supervises student staff and maintains responsibility for the financial performance of the University Center. The UC Coordinator provides comprehensive management of the facility, including building operations, event services, sustainability and recycling programs, environmental health and safety, and coordination of work performed by external contractors. In addition, this role plays a key part in collaborating with campus partners to support and coordinate campus-wide events and student programs, ensuring the University Center remains a vibrant hub for community, connection, and student involvement.
