Requirements

Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual (fluency in written and Verbal French and English)
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a stressful environment

Nice To Haves

First aid certification an asset
Previous experience in the security industry (asset)

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
Manage access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal
Perform regular Site patrol with G-track device, locking and unlocking building, investigating and reporting incidents and hazards
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Maintain a safe and secure environment
CCTV cameras monitoring and operation.
Assist site staff and visitors to ensure safe and secure environment
Monitor and control special events crowd traffic and room access
Take actions during emergency situations as per Garda world and USB protocols
Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
