The position is based in an office in Phoenix, AZ, with a starting salary of $58,656 per year, plus a tenure-based compensation plan. Requirements

  • Must live in or near Phoenix, AZ.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in credit report. If in rehabilitation program, credit report must reflect current payments.
  • Outstanding time management and organization skills.
  • Clear communication and engaging presentation skills.
  • Well-developed listening skills.
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Host and implement event/activity plans for the territory to build awareness of academic programs and campus community, and drive inquiry generation.
  • Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students and their families through various mediums (in-person, phone, email, text, Zoom).
  • Champion the GCE mission, promoting Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth.
  • Connect with community college students, faculty, and staff, and engage all major stakeholders in the territory.
  • Maintain a full schedule including fairs, school visits, presentations, community/campus events, and hosting campus visits.
  • Support prospective Grand Canyon University campus students and families through the admissions process, guiding them towards a successful campus experience.
  • Travel extensively within the territory for events and visits.
