About The Position
The Views Senior Living of Marion is looking for compassionate, dependable Universal Workers and CNAs to join our Assisted Living team! If you have a servant's heart and are passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors, we'd love to meet you. We are seeking caregivers who demonstrate kindness, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude while creating a welcoming environment for our residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- CNA certification welcomed but not required for Universal Worker applicants
- Must be willing to participate in ongoing education and training
- A caring attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist the nurse with resident care as delegated
- Plan and participate in engaging activities for residents
- Serve meals and provide dining assistance
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents
