We're looking for a Top in Class Universal Worker / Elevator Attendant to help support our community during an elevator modernization project. Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Hospitality to residents, families, and visitors every day.
• Serve as an elevator attendant, helping residents safely travel between floors during our modernization project.
• Be a friendly, reassuring presence while residents navigate temporary disruptions.
• Handle concerns and frustrated residents or family members with patience, empathy, and strong de-escalation skills.
• Communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and know when to involve community leadership.
• Pitch in with dining, housekeeping, and other community needs when assigned.
