Make Every Day Better Assist residents with personal cares and basic ADLs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility, and reminders. Serve meals, support dining experiences, and encourage resident independence. Help keep resident apartments and common areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Treat residents with dignity, kindness, and respect. Stay Safe Follow safety and infection control guidelines. Use equipment properly and report concerns right away. Be prepared for emergencies and fire drills. Keep Growing Attend trainings and team meetings. Work together to provide exceptional resident experiences. Requirements

- Previous healthcare, hospitality, or customer service experience.
