About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Universal Support Partner for Montvale Estates Senior Living in Springfield, Illinois. This PRN position is ideal for someone who is a "Jack of All Trades" and enjoys being a "Helping Hand" across various departments. The role involves assisting residents and team members with diverse tasks in a home-like environment, embodying Arrow's core values. Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Must work well with others and be a team player.
Understand that residents are people.
Possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
Have a positive and energetic attitude.
Must be professional in appearance and conduct.
Must be criminally cleared.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
