About The Position

This role involves operating various heavy equipment, performing inspections, ensuring proper maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols. The operator will be responsible for completing daily reports and may be required to travel and work away from home. The position also requires attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and the use of personal tools.

Requirements

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and 7-year criminal background check.
• Be able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration Document.
• Provide certificate or proof of training on equipment.
• 3 years of experience is required.
• Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
• Must have own transportation to various work sites within the state of Arizona.
• Steel boots are required.
• Strictly adhering to safety requirements and procedures.
• Attention to detail and follow directions.
• Must have own finishing tools.
• Must have own nail bags and tools for forming and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Experience with running Blade, GPS, Dozer, Mini X, Excavator, and Gannon's.
• Perform pre and post operation inspection of equipment.
• Uses proper techniques to secure equipment when in transport and tarp all loads.
• Maintain fluid levels and grease all points as necessary and keep equipment clean from debris.
• Completes daily inspection report and turns it in at end of shift.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Able to work well with others.
• Ability to work night and weekends if necessary.
