About The Position

Skaalen Heights is looking for a compassionate and dependable Universal Caregiver to join their team on a full-time day shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM). Their assisted living community offers a calm, welcoming environment where you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized care while working alongside a supportive team.

Requirements

• Caring, dependable, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus—but not required. We'll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Passing medications safely (training provided if needed)
• Serving meals and assisting during dining
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Responding to resident needs throughout the shift
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Working closely with nurses and the care team to provide exceptional care
