Full Time Universal Banker
About The Position
Quincy Credit Union is hiring a full-time Universal Banker to assist members. The role provides exceptional member service, accurately handles high-volume Credit Union transactions, educates members about new technology, and develops product referral opportunities through strong member relationships. The Universal Banker assists members with opening and closing accounts, processes transactions, and addresses and resolves member problems, inquiries, or complaints. Problems may be referred to a supervisor with recommendations for resolution. The role also verifies and posts transactions to member accounts and maintains member and Credit Union records.
Requirements
- One year of financial services experience; banking or credit union experience is preferred.
- Proficiency working with multiple software programs.
- Ability to work well with the public.
- Availability to work Saturdays from 8:30 to 12:30.
