The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. The role emphasizes delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. Universal Bankers are cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This role involves engaging clients, conducting transactions, educating them on digital solutions, supporting the team's sales process through outbound calls, understanding IRM, participating in leadership routines, committing to continuous learning, adhering to internal controls and policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
