The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves understanding client financial needs, cross-training in sales and service activities, and assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The Universal Banker will engage clients, educate them on digital banking solutions, support the sales process through outreach, and participate in leadership routines and training to enhance product knowledge. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is essential. The role also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
