The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. This role also involves delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The position requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and staying informed of all policy and procedure changes to ensure compliance with current guidelines. The role also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects.
