The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. The role involves delivering superior quality service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will educate clients on digital self-service solutions, support the team sales process through client outreach, and participate in leadership routines and training to enhance product knowledge. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is crucial. This role also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
